The firm of Dwyer & Wing P.C. was formed in 1985 in Davenport, Iowa. Both Gene Dwyer and Steve Wing were associates with Walter Newport and Associates prior to forming the firm. Gene Dwyer is now concentrating on mediation and alternative dispute resolutions. Steve Wing continues the practice along with his service as a judicial magistrate in Scott County, Iowa.
