Eugene F. Dwyer

Born 1945. Mr. Dwyer received his undergraduate degree from Western Illinois University in 1967, his masters degree from University of Northern Colorado in 1973 and his law degree from Loyola University, New Orleans, in 1980.  He is a member of the Iowa State Bar Association, Scott County Bar Association, and Dillon Inn of Court.
