The firm of Dwyer & Wing P.C. was formed in 1985 in Davenport, Iowa. Both Gene Dwyer and Steve Wing were associates with Walter Newport and Associates prior to forming the firm.
In order to be able to provide complete services for our clients, both attorneys are admitted to practice law in the state and federal courts in Iowa and Illinois, but at the present time Mr. Dwyer is not actively practicing in Illinois.
